There are surf shops galore and if you fancy home catering there is a great butcher (as well as a hut on the beach which sells fresh fish) and greengrocer plus your usual supermarkets. The beach is HUGH and you can walk from the East Wittering Beach to the West Wittering Beach in 15 minutes.
