3 bed semi detached house located just a few minutes walk from the beach at Bracklesham Bay:
2 double bedrooms, one triple bunk bed, 2 sofa’s in the open plan living space, family bathroom, extra toilet and garden. Kids and pets friendly. The bunkbed is suitable for kids.
The property is located in Bracklesham Bay, a small seaside village where you will find a popular pebble beach which is enjoyed by water sports enthusiasts. There is a small selection of amenities close by including a famous beach cafe called 'Billy's' and a Coop 10 mins walk. Shops and more restaurants in the neighbouring village of East Wittering (1.5 miles away).

The accommodation offers:

Great stay!

Fantastic location 5 min walk to the beach and wonderfully comfortable property with great amenities. Would suit families or couples. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Great location

It was a great property, well laid out with everything we needed. Kitchen needed a bit of a clean when we arrived but other than that we could not fault the house.

Superb seaside stay

Came to this property for a 5 day family break. The property was exactly as described, very clean, reasonably well stocked and superbly located. A few minutes walk to the beach, and an easy drive to many places of interest if you aren't a beach bunny or the weather isn't great- we managed Arundel castle, Arundel Wildfowl Trust, Fishbourne Roman Villa and The historic dockyard at Portsmouth to see the HMS Trafalgar and the Mary Rose. Lots of decent eateries also within 20min drive. The icing on the cake was finding 5 Eocene era sharks teeth on the local beach, as it is a prime spot for such things. We would love to return another time.

The house was clean enough but we were told at the last minute to bring our own bed linen and towels

Although these should Hansen provided The tv did not work we complained and the cleaner came to fix it but could not Our bed creaked because it was not sufficient erected and we had to go out to buy Alan keys to fix ii otherwise it could have collapsed the third bedroom was unusable The bed was too large to fit in and close the door Also there was a ladder over the bed to reach a small bed on top Impossible for an adult to use this bed Christine Powell Otherwise it was ok

Very peaceful and friendly.

We had a lovely stay and loved the fact that the beach was only a few minutes away. Our dog was swimming every day even if we weren't. My 7yr old granddaughter loved looking for fossils. The house was lovely and the beds were very comfy and the garden was well enclosed so the dog and 7 year old couldn't get out. The host responded quickly to queries which is reassuring. I just wish there had been a corner shop nearby but you can't have everything.

Convenient for Goodwood

Nice property very handy for Goodwood but requires minor TLC and possibly a tea pot and cups instead of just mugs to get a full five stars

Great beach house - perfect getaway

Excellent holiday house, just 4 minutes away from the beach! Great amenities, easy access and parking, and a very lovely and responsive host. Very close to West Wittering beach and with several highly rated restaurants nearby. Lots to see and do nearby, including Arundel Castle with its stunning gardens. A perfect place for a spring and summer getaway!
