No smoking indoors (outdoors allowed with ashtray)

Pets (including assistance dogs) welcome on request (€60 per animal)



BBQ, gourmet, fondue, frying & air fryers not allowed



Maximum 2 babies allowed (total capacity: 7 guests + 2 babies)



Base price for 2 guests; extra guests incur a surcharge



Customized invoices (e.g. company name or VAT details) can be

provided upon request. An administrative fee may apply



ℹ️ After Booking

Once booked, we’ll request a few details such as bed preferences and ID of the main guest. Please also provide details of all guests so everyone can access the digital key and route instructions.



Security deposit: €250

This refundable deposit must be paid prior to arrival. Bank transfer details will be provided directly to guests after booking, together with the arrival information. Refunded within 7 working days after departure, minus any costs for damage or extra expenses
