Tenuta La Mascia - Casa Matilde

Casa Matilde is a detached house, with its own entrance, which is part of a larger building that includes another house and a large hall (former stable). Outside, a private garden, a large orchard and endless countryside, a large swimming pool. Inside, there is a large living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (a French queen-size bed), and the other that can be furnished with a bunk bed or another double bed (also a French queen-size bed), depending on the holiday-maker's needs, a bathroom and a kitchen. The tranquillity, rest and contact with nature make it a very pleasant and joyful place. The house is equipped with linen and provisions (pots, dishes, etc.). The pool is shared with the other guests and the owners; there are usually no more than 10 people in the pool. The surroundings are wild and beautiful: verdant countryside, many ancient villages to visit (Todi, Narni, Amelia, among the closest), cities of art (Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Spoleto, etc.), and Rome about 90 minutes by car and 55 minutes by train.
The municipality of Avigliano Umbro does not impose a daily tourist tax.
