La Cumbre, Exclusive cabin with viewpoint!

To get there, you’ll enjoy a gentle 270-meter walk along a trail surrounded by fruit trees and birds.

’s La Cumbre is an ecotourism project currently under construction, part of a grand vision for luxury cabins in the middle of the forest. We’re in the growth phase, working toward becoming one of Ibagué’s top tourist attractions.

This is the first cabin designed and built to offer visitors a unique experience of relaxation and tranquility, featuring an observation deck at the top of the cabin for birdwatching and stargazing. It’s just 5 minutes from downtown Ibagué. So, without having to leave the city, you can enjoy a wonderful experience.

Getting to La Cabaña La Cumbre is very easy! From Calle 19 at the Calambeo CAI or from Calle 10 toward the Ibagué Panoptico, head north toward the Clarita Botero and La Paz neighborhoods until you reach the bus stop for routes #2 and #50, where the ascent begins along a stretch marked with “correas" along the rural road leading to the El Mirador Tesorito restaurant and the waterfalls—the road is in perfect condition. Upon arrival, you’ll find a house with a stone facade. If you’re driving, you can park in the outdoor parking lot, though taxis and Uber also stop at the entrance to the property.

On Maps, you can search for the location of the El Mirador Tesorito restaurant; the estate is located 200 meters before the restaurant.
Other highlights:
After parking your vehicle at Las Correas, we’ll continue on a 150-meter walk until we reach the old house, where the staff responsible for your safety and well-being will be waiting. From there, you’ll continue hiking through coffee, cacao, and fruit trees, surrounded by local birds, for 120 meters until you reach La Cabaña 103.
