Located in a 6-acre farmhouse with a beautiful swimming pool area with a solarium under the clear Italian skies, this new getaway is perfect for small groups of 4, couples and families. The location is also very suggestive, with the holiday retreat set on a landscape with gentle hills dotted with typical Tuscan farmhouses, surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. The convenient second-floor apartment offers access to a number of shared facilities like a garden, BBQ, table tennis, open-air lounging and a beautiful communal swimming pool area with fencing.

Inside, the one-bedroom apartment is furnished in the typically Tuscan and cosy style. At the same time, it features modern amenities to ensure a carefree stay; this includes free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cooker hob and coffee machine.

The pool is shared among 9 apartments and is open from 9 AM to 11 PM. Separated by a hedge is the home of the owners, who are available if needed.

Location

The holiday home is one of the Borghi (villages) in the unique, almost lunar landscape of Pomarance. In the Pomarance, guests can explore the town’s historic centre and the 12th Century Mugnaini-Ricci House. For lovers of art, the Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista, also known as Il Pomarancio houses the 16th- and 17th-century works by the painter and architect Cristoforo Roncalli. Also worth visiting is the Museum Casa Biccoci, a perfectly conserved palace with archaeological findings of the region.

Volterra, the ancient historic city where Twilight was filmed, is just half an hour’s drive from here. The famous village of Larderello, known for its geothermal artefacts and history as well as the Marina di Cecina with beaches is a 35-minute drive away. Guests can make amazing day trips to Vada with white beaches, Piombino to visit the island of Elba, Andrea Bocelli\'s Theatre of Silence, San Gimignano, Certaldo, Paese del Boccaccio, Castellina in Chianti, Bolgheri, Carducci\'s childhood home and famous for its wine, Acquavillage Water Amusement Park, Cavallino matto amusement park, all located within 45-75 minute drive!
