Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Das Haus und die Umgebung inklusive Pool sind mit sehr viel Sorgfalt und Liebe gestaltet! Perfekt geeignet für Leute, die sich erholen wollen und etwas Einsamkeit nicht schlimm finden. Die Umgebung lädt zum Radfahren und zum Wandern ein.

Wunderschön und erholsam

Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und haben jeden Tag genossen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, tolle Aussicht, wunderbar duftende Luft, sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Grundstück mit Pool ist sehr schön angelegt mit vielen schattigen Plätzen. Die Vermieter sehr sehr nett. Sie haben immer gute Tipps für Ausflüge gehabt. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist prima ausgestattet, es ist alles vor Ort, was man braucht. Wir können einen Urlaub hier uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Es ist eine super tolle Unterkunft mit traumhaften Ausblick. Jedem zu empfehlen. Es ist etwas abgelegen, daher super für einen Urlaub, indem man einfach mal entspannen und abschalten möchte.

Ein wunderschöner, friedlicher Ort

Die Aussicht und die Umgebung sind einfach ein Traum. Stille und Ruhe und für alle die Erholung suchen, der richtige Ort. Das weitläufige Gelände bietet Rückzug, auch wenn beide Ferienwohnungen belegt sind. Einzig sollte einem klar sein, dass einige Kilometer zu fahren sind, um in den nächsten Ort zu gelangen. Wer abends gerne Trubel und die nächste Bar, das nächste Restaurant um die Ecke haben möchte, für den ist das Anwesen weniger geeignet. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Man lebt dort oben eben mit und in der Natur. Und tagsüber gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen, Ausflüge zu machen, wandern zu gehen oder ans Meer zu fahren. Wir fanden unseren Urlaub toll und sind erholt zurückgekehrt.

Ein absoluter Traum

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub bei Conny und Marc, das Haus und der Garten sind unglaublich charismatisch und schön. Mit Kids, Pool und Hund sehr erholsam, unkompliziert und abwechslungsreich. Auch die Vermieter sind super nett und unkompliziert. Luigi der sich um Garten und Pool kümmert ist ebenfalls ein Herz an Mensch. Wir kommen wieder, garantiert! LG Verena und Harald mit Kids und Dog

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Sehr, sehr nette Besitzer!

Tolles Ferienhaus, aufwendig restauriert. Super Pool, leicht salzig, aber nicht störend. Der Besitzer Luigi kam jeden Morgen und Abend, mit seinem tollen Dackel Teddy, um nach dem Pool und dem Anwesen zu schauen. Sehr fleißig, sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir nur wenig Italienisch sprechen können, und Luigi nur, haben wir beim Abschied eine Träne vergossen. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden auf einem Hügel mit schöner Aussicht. Die Küche hat ein Induktionskochfeld und einen Backofen. Wir hatten von zu Hause ein paar Tüten Aufbackbrötchen mitgenommen. Sehr ratsam, denn in Italien gibt es so was nicht und die nächste Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen liegt mindestens 20 Minuten weg im Tal. Es gibt aber auch einen Toaster, wem das reicht. Noch zur Info! Laut Luigi kommen demnächst Deutsche Mieter fest in das Haus, die eigentlich der Ansprechpartner rund um die Ferienwohnung sind. Und noch ein Tip! Unbedingt ansehen: Das kleine Örtchen Casale Maritimo. DER HAMMER!!! Liegt auf direktem Weg zum Meer. Das gibt auch nette gute Restaurants und tolle Bars. Für Erholungssuchende ist die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall voll zu empfehlen.

Nice house with lot of space, good coach and bed. We equiped kitchen. House is a bit dark.but by that also cool temp. Garden is amazing, nice view and very clean beatiful pool with sun chairs.

We had a fantastic time in this very nice place. 360 degrees views, garden and house are carefully designed and maintained. Eva and Pietro are charming people, genuinely caring about the well being of their hosts. A very nice place to settle comfortably and visit Tuscany.

A Real Tuscany retreat

We took a late autumn trip to Tuscany, and our stay at the Puledrina apartment was truly magic. We enjoyed the beautiful natural scenery from our peaceful garden, with wonderful panoramic views over the Tuscan hilly landscape, as well as the cosy, well-equipped and comfortable apartment. Close by we enjoyed our visits to some well known towns like Volterra, and some pretty villages like Querceto and Bolgheri which became our favourites. The hosts were quite helpful and eager to tell us about places to see. Apart from the well known Tuscan tourist sites we felt we were lucky to get to know a more authentic, less touristic side of Tuscany. We would love to come back!

Wunderschöner Urlaub im ICasali

Wir waren im September für 10 Nächte mit unserer kleinen Tochter im I Casali bei Eva und Pietro. Das Haus ist sehr schön auf einem Berg gelegen. Es hat 3 Wohnungen, wovon 2 vermietet werden, die andere wird durch den Eigentümer benutzt. Diese waren bei uns nur am Wochenende da. Somit hatten wir den Rest der Zeit das ganze Anwesen für uns alleine. Das Anwesen ist ruhig gelegen. Optimal zum Ausspannen. Es gibt einen eigenen Pool der jeden Morgen gereinigt und abends wieder abgedeckt wird. Alles ist sehr gepflegt! Die Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles ist sauber. Für unsere Kleine haben uns Pietro und Eva ohne Nachfrage ein Kinderbett (Reisebett) zur Verfügung gestellt. Eva und Pietro sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig, für Ausflüge oder auch zum Einkaufen. Zu Fuß kann man nur spazieren gehen ;-) Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir empfehlen I Casali ganz klar weiter!!

Amazing!

What a wonderfull place. The view was just amazing!!! Very clean and comfortable. We felt more than welcome by the hosts and accomodates us at our request. It is a perfect location for as well finding peace as for visiting all the beauttiful places in the neighbourhood. I would recommend this place to anyone and will return for sure. A wonderful stay in the heart of Tuscany

We stayed five nights at this beautiful farmhouse, ideally situated in the rolling hills of the Pisa region. On top of upgrading us to the larger apartment, Pietro was a most accomodating and very attentive host. The wine and olive oil from his estate were much appreciated. Everything was perfect. Altough we did not use it much because it was later in the season, the pool is beautiful and would be delightful in the heat of summer. The place is so quiet, yet easily accessible and near some major tourist attractions (Volterra, San Gimignano, the Chianti Region, Sienna). The beauty of the place is almost surreal. I would recommand it to anyone visiting the region.

Satisfactory for our 2 week holiday.

Unfortunately had to find our own way in as emails went into cyber space! Lower apartment quite dark, but probably a blessing on hot days (which we sadly did not have). Bed very comfortable but bedroom lacking enough storage space. We really enjoyed our stay and had lots of days out to very interesting places. Good central location and lovely views from the garden grounds. Only tested the pool once but it was always clean and very well maintained. The weather broke into storms 2 days after we arrived so we had 4-5 days of our 2 week stay rather wet, but still fun. Pietra and Eva, the owners, are the most delightful couple and extremely helpful. We did not eat out in the evening, prefering to cook for ourselves, mainly because of our reluctance to drive in the dark on a very twisty road. I would be happy to recommend to other people. We are 2 'oldies' but our grandchildren would have loved the space, freedom and the pool.

Authentic Tuscany with Breathtaking View.

We had the pleasure of being able to stay in Authentic Tuscan Farmhouse, it has everything I was looking for. Pietro and Eva are amazing hosts. Everything was provided: Clean bath towels, beach towels, dishes, sheets, everything you need. Pool is nice and refreshing. It feels so nice to come back and relax near the pool after day of exploring the area. Farmhouse is very stylish and rustic at same time with modern touch. The cottage located on amazing property in real not spoiled tuscany. There are very nice small villages around there to do sight seeing and wine tasting. No need to have any supermarket around because local stores provide better quality of produce from local places. Absolute pleasure to deal with, thanks again to Eva and Pietro.

ICasali wunderschönes Haus im im typischen Toskana Stil

Wir waren die ersten zwei August Wochen bei Pietro und Eva und haben hier 14 Tage erholsamen Urlaub genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr schön auf einem Berg hier kann mann wunderbar die Stille genießen. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß genug für 4 Personen. Nur das Schlafsofa für die Kids sollte überholt werden. Bei uns war die Matratze doch sehr durch gelegen . Aber Pietro und Eva haben dann auf Nachfrage sofort reagiert und eine neue Auflage beschafft. Das Bad war sauber nur die Dusche war wirklich ein Manko dadurch das hier nur die obligatorischen Vorgänge benutzt werden lief die Hälfte des Wasser daneben und wir mussten sehr oft die Überschwemmungen der Kids wegputzen.Wir finden Türen allgemein besser. Der Pool war super jeden Morgen und Abend wurde er gereinigt so konnten wir das kühle saubere Wasser genießen. Am Pool stehen ausreichend liegen so das wirklich jeder Gast auch mal die Beine ausstrecken kann. Das einzige was hier ein wenig nervig war sind die vielen Bremsen die grade in den letzten Tagen wirklich aggressiv waren. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein wenig abseits gelegen. Leider sind die Straßenverhältnisse in der Toskana allgemein sehr schlecht so braucht man wirklich lange bis zum nächsten Einkaufsladen. Mal schnell Brötchen holen oder Abends ein Eis essen gehen ist hier nicht möglich man muss schon sehr genau planen wann mann etwas unternimmt oder einkauft. Nach Lucca waren wir Ca. eine Stunde unterwegs. Das gleiche nach San Gimiliano. Nach Siena fährt man Ca 1 1/2 Std. Zum nächsten Strand “Baratti Beach“ braucht man laut Gastgeber eine Stunde in Wirklichkeit sind es aber schon mindestens 1 1/2. Das lohnt sich aber wirklich wir waren vier mal dort. Also wir haben uns sehr gut erholt auch die Kinder hatten Spaß deswegen können wir dieses Haus sehr empfehlen.

Peace and quiet in the middle of breathtaking nature

For two weeks in July 2016 we called I Casali home - and it felt like home! We had the apartment La Puledrina and did not miss anything. The beds were cosy, the rooms cool even in the summer heat and the kitchen was well stocked. We did not care for the TV but were grateful for the Wifi connection. The property was spacious and well maintained. Around the pool you could either bask in the sun or find shadow in the hammock or at one of the tables under the trees. The pool was a welcome refreshment during the day and would be cleaned during the night. There is also a large table right in front of the apartment where we sat for breakfast and well into the night with our hosts excellent wines.... Eva and Pietro were the perfect hosts, always attentive but never intrusive. They would always come up with helpful information about restaurants and events in the neighborhood. Cora the labrador dog and Aldina the cat were fun to be around and always up for some cuddling. You definitely need a car there, but excursions to cities like Florence, Siena and Pisa can be easily done in a day. We visited Florence, San Gimignano and Volterra, which were all very nice places, but we just fell in love with Querceto and Lucca. On the seaside Cecina is a little touristy but not too much. Based on Pietros recommendation we went to Pianetti beach and liked this a lot better. This might not be the place for people who need a lot of action and nightlife, but we came for rest and relaxation - this was probably the best vacation we ever had. We will certainly be back.

A truly peaceful bit of rustic beauty in Tuscany!

This home is tucked in the countryside away from it all. Very beautiful setting, wonderful hosts and an authentic Tuscan farmhouse. The property is a bit of a drive from any substantial town or village so pick up groceries before hand but once you are organized just sit back and relax. The drive to all the sights is pleasant and scenic and will take you any where from 35 minutes (Volterra) to 1hr 15 minutes (San Gimignano) and approximately an hour to the seaside. EXcellent

Beautiful area with distant views of countryside. Comfortable lodging and a great place for taking day trips into the surrounding areas including the nearby seashore. Quiet and peaceful place to relax. PIetro and Eva are gracious hosts always available to ensure their guests are attended well. This a place we would return to.

A Wonderful Tuscan Retreat

A great place to retreat into the Tuscan hill. Clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Owners very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a low-key retreat, where nature can be enjoyed along with the world of Tuscan wine!
