Welcome to our newly renovated studio, conveniently located near UOB and QE! This centrally-located studio offers easy access to all amenities, making it an ideal choice for short stays for students and professionals alike.

Rest assured, your comfort is our priority. The studio comes fully equipped with all the essentials, including bedding, toiletries, towels, and kitchen appliances. As a self-catering studio, you'll find everything you need for a seamless stay. The kitchen is thoughtfully furnished with an electric hob, fridge, sink, kettle, and microwave, along with cutlery and pans to cater to your culinary needs.

For your entertainment and connectivity, the studio features a 50-inch SMART TV and fast WiFi access. The sleeping arrangement consists of a comfortable double bed, accommodating up to two guests. Linen and towels are provided to enhance your overall comfort.

Additionally, there is a free car park situated right opposite the accommodation, ensuring convenient parking options. Moreover, the Selly Oak Train Station is within walking distance, allowing you to reach the city center in under 10 minutes.
