This 4 bedroom family home in an excellent location in North Cornwall is the perfect location for a family holiday close to local beaches, Port Gaverne , Rock and Polzeath and a ten minute drive to Port Isaac (just over 4 miles).

Situated within a lovely warm community, its village houses a local public house, the White Hart Inn, just a few minute’s walk, the local Café, Churchtown Café, a few minues walk away and just a 5 minute drive up the road, Sea View Farm Shop (or if you are feeling more energetic 15 – 20 minutes walk through local footpaths!) which will enable you to get food and amenities.

Our home is a modern detached property within a cul de sac of 4 other properties in a quiet location. It is open plan living space downstairs which includes a spacious well equipped kitchen and dining area, large lounge area, downstairs cloakroom and utility room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs, there are:-
• Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom (full king size bed and Sky Q) having an ensuite;
• Bedroom 2 – Double Bed and TV with Netflix/Prime;
• Bedroom 3 – Double Bed (no tv);
• Bedroom 4 – Small Double Bed (Harry Potter themed!!!) with Netlfix and Prime; and
• Large family bathroom with large walk in shower and separate bath.

The property comfortably sleeps 8 people.

The lounge offers a large TV with sky, selection of books and games and Sky.
Outside is a paved area with ample seating and a garden to the rear with a field in the background (usually full of sheep!). There is ample parking for cars on the private driveway.
