Unfortunately this villa is in desperate need of some TLC and was very disappointing.Starting with the positives, the pool and outside area is lovely and the pool was cleaned every morning. The location is perfect. Very close to everything.The not so good:On arrival there was no wifi password anywhere and we had to contact someone for it.The lounge furniture is uncomfortable and only garden furniture supplied as chairs.One wine glass, two mugs, one tea cup, no sponge or T-towel, no plug for the sink, main light not working in one bathroom, shower head broken in the other, no top sheet on the beds (just a heavier cover),no mirror anywhere other than the small one in the bathrooms, no toaster (although not listed).Everywhere needs a deep clean and a lick of paint would make a huge difference. With some serious tlc the villa would be so much better.The building seems to be two villas converted into one. There are doors everywhere!We have stayed in villas in Dalyan many times. Unfortunately this one was not for us.

Very Disappointed

The villa listing was most probably accurate several years ago. However now the villa is very tired looking and needs a lot of TLC. We don’t usually spend a lot of time in a villa when away, but because of the extreme temperature we did have to use the villa more. We have stayed in many villas in Dalyan and this really has to be the most disappointing one to date. The villa itself is centrally located and would be perfect but it does need a lot of care and attention. If this happened we would have no hesitation in staying here again.The pros: location was perfect, very close to supermarket, restaurants and barsThe pool area was great and was cleaned every day.Beds were comfortable Showers good and powerfulCons:The lounge furniture old, stained and looked dirty and was not comfortable The large bedroom had no wardrobe or hanging space.Kitchen didn’t look clean,especially the oven, and was very basic.One toilet had not been cleaned.A full length mirror would have been useful

Great location

The location of the villa is perfect very quiet just a 5 minute walk to the shops and Bars and Restaurants The pool area was cleaned every day there are only 4 sun loungers if there were 6 adults thats not enough.The largest bedroom had no wardrobe it wasnt a problem for us as our friends used the other bedroom wardrobe but if there was 3 couples it would be also Only one bedside table there was a fridge in the room that was not switched on and was not clean showers were ok but not very clean .The kitchen equipment lacked in quite a few basic thing only two mugs and one small cup two wine glasses no carving knife to cut bread no drainer to drain food and only one saucepan that was usable as the other one looked like it had been use as a chipan we had to wash plate dishe and plastic glasses knifes forks and spoons as there was food Residue left on them from the previous residents the floor throughout the villa was not clean very one hairdryer between 3 rooms no mirror in the bedroom and lacked somewhere to put your Toiletrie To sum up we had a lovly holiday Dalyan is a beautiful place but the villa needs some thing replaced with new updated items and enough items for it occupancy this all said did not spoil our stay at the villa and with some TLC the villa would be perfect even though the villa is on one leavel its not wheelchair friendly or suitable for people with mobility issues but to be fair that was not something the villa owners had claimed to it to be

My husband did his thing with the barbecue and we ate very well! The air conditioning was handy when the kids had puffed themselves out to cool them down quick and to help send them to sleep after eating too much barbecued food.We enjoyed it so much.We will be back next year.
