An ambitious architectural recovery and urban redevelopment project has transformed a small and suggestive alley in the historic center into a refined corner of hospitality, where past and modernity dialogue in perfect harmony. Four independent apartments, four different ways of experiencing Noto, a single philosophy of hospitality: beauty, authenticity and maximum comfort.
Pietra di Noto, marble, traditional green doors, natural fabrics and wrought iron meet contemporary design, creating authentic, elegant and comfortable atmospheres.

· Vico Trigona No. 1: 65 m², 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen ideal for 2 people + 1 in the sofa bed.
· Vico Trigona No. 8: 160 m² on 2 levels, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and terrace with heated jacuzzi ideal for 4 people
· Vico Trigona No. 11: 80 m², 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen ideal for 4 people + 2 in the sofa bed in the living room.
· Vico Trigona No. 13: 70 m², 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen and small terrace, ideal for 2 people + 2 in the sofa bed in the living room
Ideal for couples, families and groups of friends, a few steps from the Baroque of Noto, the best restaurants, the Caffè Sicilia, the Maidda oven and the U Market, open until 21. Free parking in the nearby Via Aurispa and Piazza Bolivar where there is always availability.
Vico Trigona No. 11 is a large and comfortable apartment, located on the ground floor, opening onto a living area that combines living and dining, the kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, etc.), houses a black wrought iron table and director's chairs, creating an environment with an industrial touch. The apartment has a double bedroom with a porthole opening typical of these Sicilian structures with an en suite bathroom, completed by an antique copper tub with the function of mere decoration. Even the second double bedroom, which opens onto the alley through a French window, has an en suite bathroom. A double sofa bed in the living area also completes the apartment . The interiors preserve historic elements such as antique fixtures, stucco and retro floors, combined with restored original furniture, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with a smart TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a hairdryer.
The apartment is a pied-a-terre for a stay or a weekend dedicated to discovering the baroque city of Noto. It is possible to find parking in Via Aurispa near the house and it is free of charge. The apartment is also pet-friendly, so you can bring your four-legged friends with you.
Located in the historic center of Noto, Moscato offers privileged access to bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors and supermarkets. The location is ideal for exploring the beauty of the baroque city, such as Palazzo Ducezio, the Church of SS. Salvatore and Villa D'Ercole. A few kilometers away are the beautiful beaches of Noto Marina, Marzamemi, San Lorenzo and the Vendicari Reserve. This Noto winter apartment is perfect for those who want to spend their winter holidays in Sicily, enjoying the mild climate and the beauty of the territory.

The cleaning fee includes initial and final cleaning and utilities: electricity - water - gas for kitchen use and hot water - weekly bed and bath linen and pool where available - The rate does not include: extra cleaning in case of animals (EUR 120.00 per pet per booking and up to medium size).

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
Late check-in fee: from 20:00 to 22:00 of €25.00.
