Other Things to Note:
• As the property is located on a road, whilst the traffic is slow moving, guests should expect a normal amount of road/town centre based noise.
• The stairs are fairly steep and there is no hand rail, we advise taking care when climbing the stairs.
• The bunk bed is not for adult use. It could be dangerous if the top bunk was to be used by an adult.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs in advance. However, for confirmed bookings, we offer discounted extensions (by adding an extra night before or after your stay) if you'd like to secure additional time.
• Security cameras: Outdoor security cameras may be present for safety and monitoring purposes.
• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.

• Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit is required before your stay. (Note: If you booked via Airbnb, this deposit does not apply)
