The location near Tar offers the ideal base to explore the natural and cultural treasures of the Istria region, ensuring an unforgettable holiday experience in our cozy villa with a pool.

Outside, you’ll find a large pool area (72 m² / 12x6 m) surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, where you can unwind and soak up the Mediterranean sun. Next to the pool, there’s an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after swimming.

On the ground floor, a modern, fully equipped kitchen welcomes you with an elegant central island — perfect for preparing and enjoying delicious meals with family and friends. The kitchen opens onto a spacious open-plan living room, tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, ideal for relaxing together. From the living room, you step out onto a large covered terrace offering a wonderful view of the pool and garden.

On the upper floor, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests to ensure a carefree stay.

Stepping outside, you can enjoy the covered terrace, furnished with a large dining table and comfortable garden furniture — the perfect spot for outdoor meals while surrounded by the peaceful Istrian landscape.

For barbecue lovers, there’s a dedicated area with a modern grill, perfect for preparing and sharing tasty dishes with loved ones.

You won’t have to worry about parking — the villa offers private on-site parking inside the property, ensuring safety and convenience for your vehicles.

In the center of Tar (900 m), you’ll find a grocery store, bar, pharmacy, restaurants, and electric car charging stations. The nearest beach is located in the Lanterna campsite, just 5 km from the villa, ideal for enjoying the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea.

Charging electric vehicles at the property is not allowed (nearest station 1 km away)

*A deposit of €500 is to be paid in cash to the landlord on the day of arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure if everything is in order.
*Pets are not allowed.
* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.
* We ask our kind guests:
- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- For safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning, the washing machine, and the dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation.
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which, after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure, and to agree on the collection of the keys.
* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay.
