Fantastic location - close to transport, shops and restaurants. Great communication and easy pick up and drop off for keys. The flat itself was as pictured - it was clean but carpets were a bit stained and there were no basics in the kitchen if you plan to eat in. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Location was great. London is huge. Hard to get a place with easy access to everything. Flat was nice and comfortable. The neighborhood was great with plenty of great restaurants and pubs.

Perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and pubs, close to the tube and hop on hop off stop. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would recommend to stay here.

Beautiful, upscale neighborhood. Walking distance to lots of food options. The beds and sofa could use a little refresh but other than that, the apartment is bright and comfortable.

Check in and check out was very easy. The instructions were very specific. The flat was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect - great neighborhood and close to the underground.

Great Flat!

Family of 4 had absolutely fabulous time. Great location, Kensington is beautiful. Communication with property manager was terrific. Beds super comfortable.

Host was fine , sent a plumber to fix a non working radiator. Large apartment, very good bathrooms and kitchen. The apt needs TLC; drapes in living room are torn, carpets are dirty, toilet brushes were disgusting

The place was reasonably clean. There were issues with the kitchen faucet. It sprayed everywhere when you first turned it on. The water reservoir for the Nespresso coffee maker was clogged and did not work. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. The location is quiet but close to shops and public transit.

Nice Apt. In Kensington

Overall, quite happy with the apartment. It has a spacious master bedroom and the basic amenities any traveler might need. Although you can occasionally hear some street traffic, we never heard any of our neighbors in the building (which was a plus). Also, we felt the apartment matched the pictures shown on VRBO (which isn’t always the case). The location is good with many nice restaurants and shopping nearby. We’d recommend this place to others.

Worked out perfect for timers

Good location to underground. No changing lines if you take the Piccadilly line. 10 minute walk back in forth to tube. Good places to eat within 15 minutes walk, all flat walking.

A good starting point to explore London

The apartment is very suitable for 4 people. Everything you need for a short city trip is available, e.g. hairdryer, fridge, milk frother, Nespresso machine (unfortunately we had the wrong capsules with us).In the room facing the street you can hear the traffic (but a side street), as there are only single glazed windows.

Our family of four stayed here for one week this summer. The biggest positive is the location. The neighborhood is beautiful, felt very safe, and is an easy walk to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road Tube stations, great restaurants, fantastic gelato, Hyde Park, and Chelsea.Unfortunately, the apartment itself did not meet our expectations. The biggest issue was the washer/dryer. There were no instructions provided, and after several unsuccessful attempts, I contacted GuestReady. I followed the instructions they later sent exactly, but the dryer still did not work. We spent far too much time going back and forth with customer service during our vacation, only to be told the dryer was working. We were not reimbursed for the laundry expenses we incurred. If a working dryer is important to you, I would not recommend staying here.The apartment also feels worn, especially the living room. The loveseat is heavily worn, uncomfortable, and covered with Turkish towels, and the carpet is stained, making the space feel less clean than expected.The primary bedroom faces the street and was very noisy throughout the night. Since we stayed in late June/early July, we needed the windows open for airflow and were regularly awakened by people outside, garbage trucks, and motorcycles. The second bedroom was quieter, but our boys both woke up with numerous bug bites after night one.
