Seamill Cottage is a semi-detached villa over 1 level catering for a maximum of 6 guests. Bright spacious open plan lounge with a smart TV, spacious dining room with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with utility room and centre island. The family bathroom with shower over bath completed the spacious accommodation. Driveway parking for 2 cars and plentiful street parking. Lovely sized private fully enclosed rear garden, which offers safety for younger guests and allows for the opportunity to enjoy alfresco dining.
The property is within walking distance of West Kilbride main street which has nice shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. It's close to the beach which has beautiful views and kids playparks and also close to West Kilbride golf course.
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to
adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional
charges may apply.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this
development, failure to comply will lead to a fine.
Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate
charge will apply.
