この施設について

Entire upper floor of home with two bedrooms, full bath, comfortable living room with gas fireplace, well stocked kitchen and large eating area, porch with hot tub and outside patio. Large yard with grass and fire pit. Washer and dryer available on request.
PLEASE NOTE: Owner couple LIVE AT THE PROPERTY in a living space on the lower level that has a separate entrance. Kitchen space may be shared but the owners may or may not be present. Complete privacy once you are checked in.

Free WIFI; TV in one bedroom with Roku streaming available. Roku TV in living room. Plenty of parking. We are happy to provide coffee. We look forward to making you feel comfortable.

Please read our Rules and Policies so that you understand our expectations before you rent our home. PLEASE NOTE that there is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house OR PORCH. NO marijuana or any other illegal drugs are allowed on the property. There is NO SMOKING MARIJUANA. Violators will be asked to leave with NO REFUNDS.

The Best VRBO close to Dayton

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this quaint, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect location in-between Columbus and Dayton for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed the cozy Christmas decorations. We will definitely be staying here again should the need arise for us to return to the area!

Curt has been a pastor for over 30 years and a chaplain in the Ohio Air National Guard for 40 years and is now retired. He is currently on staff with Global Training Network to train pastors in other countries. Becka is a professor of nursing at Cedarville University. We are parents of three boys and 7 grandchildren!

We love the laid back atmosphere of our neighborhood. This is a quiet retreat where you can relax. We are in the "country" but easy accessible to the surrounding cities (Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati), schools (Cedarville University, Wright State University, the University of Dayton), Air force base (Wright Patterson AFB), Theme parks (Kings Island), hiking, biking, museums, antiques and more.
