* Electric fireplaces in the living and dining areas. Great for both heat in the winter and a cozy ambiance throughout the year.

* Fully equipped, modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

**Bedrooms & Bath:**
* Bedroom 1: Comfortable king-sized bed with a new 12" memory foam mattress.
* Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, also with new mattresses
* One clean, modern bathroom with towels, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, etc.

**Outdoor Space:**
* Private front porch for morning coffee.
* Back patio with a BBQ grill for outdoor dining.
* Spacious grassy yard with lawn games.
* Fire pit for relaxing evenings under the stars.
* Direct access to the Xenia bike trail hub: Guests can start their cycling adventures on five different paved trails right from the property without needing to drive to a trailhead.

It was exactly what we needed for our stay! The house is tucked away and private. It was decorated lovely! The host was accommodating and answered all of our questions.

Cute Cottage Tucked in Town

Lovely little cottage that was clean, comfortable, and very nicely appointed. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return again!

Great place to stay if you're riding bike trails in Xenia area. House was very clean & very comfortable.Keurig coffeemaker & a selection of coffee pods are provided. Minor hiccup with getting correct code for door, but host was quick to get it resolved.

This was the perfect place for a girls trip! The house was wonderful with lots of space outside with a fire ring and lots of outdoor seating. It is near a bike trail, very friendly area, felt very safe. Everyone we met in the lovely town was so friendly. We will be back to do it again next year!

We stayed a week to ride the bike trails. The property is exactly as described and is close to Xenia Station. We could access all trails without having to drive. Check in was easy. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked. The outdoor area is beautiful. We enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee and back patio for dinner. The host was very responsive to our questions. The property is perfect for a biking vacation or any reason that takes you to the area.

Wonderful stay

The little details were much appreciated and made this stay enjoyable. Had to ask a couple questions and Renee was very nice and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Quiet, Comfortable, Clean

Quiet, comfortable, clean. Tandem Retreat is located just blocks from Xenia Station, hub of four outstanding bike trails. We were able to access each bike path without having to repark our car front the house

Terrific Hosts & Very Clean

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed to feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Communication with the hostess was a breeze—she was friendly, responsive, and provided everything we needed to know ahead of time to make arrival and check-in super easy (which was especially helpful since the location was a little tricky to find at first). Once we were settled in, everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-hosted stay!

The home is adorably decorated. Great, large kitchen! Private back yard with ability to relax and grill. Definitely recommend and we will stay again when we come back to visit.

Family Fun time @ Tandem Trails

Peaceful. Cozy. Quiet. Lots of trees.Very relaxing. Large outside space for yard games. Large open kitchen space to cook and hang out at same time!! A Super Plus Plus!!!Will definitely plan another Ohio family get together at Tandem Trails.

Girls bike trip

My friend and I chose Xenia because it is a hub for five cycling trails. Tandem trails fit our needs perfectly! We arrived about 50 minutes before check-in hoping to get a ride in before dark. Renee the owner was extremely accommodating. The little bungalow had everything we needed and was very well stocked. The neighbors were very friendly and Renee gave us several recommendations for dinner. We will definitely be back.

Cute and CLEAN

Everything we needed for a long weekend - Close to Kil-Kare (In town for the drag races), stores and restaurants. Beds were super comfortable, enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning. Quiet neighborhood. Renee was a pleasure to work with through the entire rental process. Would highly recommend this home to future renters!
