Ground floor apartment with a maximum capacity of 4 people, with entrance hall and equipped kitchenette, very large living room with mezzanine and exposed double bed. The bathroom and the second double bedroom are located downstairs. The room has a fantastic balcony overlooking the marina and the sea, it is also equipped with a large wardrobe. The apartment is complete with bed linen and towels, free wi fi and air conditioning.

We had a lovely stay. The location was perfect. Everything is easily walkable yet the unit was very quiet. The shower had good water pressure and the beds were comfortable. No complaints.

Our delightful Tropea experience

Fabulous apartment in old town . Unbelievable location close to all restaurants and stairway down to beach. Just loved Tropea.Parking an issue but that is all part of the experience.

It said there was parking…. There was NOT.It is in a non driving section of town and we had to walk very far with luggageThe apartment was beautiful and location in Old Town lovely. The parking situation ruined it.

Great balcony & view of the Tropea Marina. Lots of stairs in this place, so it may be a concern for some. Felt like sleeping in a cave.

Amazing stay

Fabulous property, we were allowed early check in and late check out (probably because out of season) but that made all the difference for us. Great to have a good sized balcony. Comfy beds, good shower. Stunning location, fabulous town, amazing views, crystal clear beaches, would highly recommend!

Tropea is a gem

This unique apartment has a great view from the cliff side.Biggest downside was the very limited (and expensive) parking that is about 10 minutes with bags.

There was so much potential for this stay to be amazing. Our host, Francesco, was quite responsive in the days leading up to our stay. The apartment is in a ZTL zone, which is fine, but admittedly it was difficult to find. Let’s leave the parking problem out of the review (it is not fair to rate the host and apartment on it being difficult to park) We were not given the apartment we booked. The apartment we carefully chose and traveled 4000 miles to stay, was suddenly unavailable. Francesco said that instead he gave us the MOST beautiful of all the apartments, but it was still not the one we booked. He said if we didn’t like this apartment, after the first night we could change to another, but no word about getting the one we chose. The apartment he gave us was adequate. The A/C functioned as designed but that is to say it provided no relief for the humid air, the WiFi was only workable in the main part of the apartment but not in the bedrooms or bathrooms. We stayed only 2 nights of the 3 we booked as we felt the host did not care that we did not receive the room we booked. Francesco could have notified us in advance that we would not be getting the room we paid for, but instead he said nothing letting us learn of this after arriving. We were so tired and frustrated that we opted to stay in an apartment that was not the same as what we booked. Francesco should have checked with us the next day, he did not. We left a day early with no interest from Francesco.
