On the ground floor :
A private terrace with pergola, deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue.
A living area with TV and sofa bed (for 2).
A dining area with table and 4 chairs;
An open fitted kitchen with gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.

Upstairs :
A bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, wardrobe/closet, bedside tables.
A bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bathtub.

You will of course find all the kitchen utensils, tableware, household utensils and drying rack necessary for a good stay.
Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are at your disposal in the laundromat reserved for the gîtes.

For your comfort upon your arrival, household linen can be provided (disinfected and ironed) for an additional charge; the beds will be ready and you will have 2 towels per person (one large and one small).

We are at your disposal: cot, high chair, if necessary, with supplement.

You can park your vehicle safely and free of charge in the fully enclosed parking area.

Wifi Internet access.

The cottage is bordered by a landscaped park with tall trees and a petanque court. On the edge of the park, you will find, in summer, a 10x5 outdoor swimming pool to share, with a large terrace equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas.

You can take beautiful invigorating walks or bike rides in the heart of the estate, between vineyards and scrubland.
We have a few bikes on loan at your disposal.

Let yourself also be tempted by the discovery of our estate with a tasting of our wines, a visit to the cellars, among many other possibilities.

We will be at your disposal for any advice on visits to our magnificent region, in addition to all the documentation made available to you in our cellar/shop.

Château Borie Neuve, a stone's throw from Carcassonne and in the heart of the Minervois and its many tourist attractions, is close to:
- Canal Du Midi, listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site, for superb walks, bike rides or boat trips;
- Medieval City of Carcassonne, listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site and its famous conflagration on July 14 as well as its Festival throughout the summer;
- Giant Chasm of Cabrespine and the Limousis Cave
- Cathar castles and abbeys (Caunes-Minervois, Lastours, Saissac, Lagrasse, Fontfroide…)
- The region is full of great restaurants run by starred chefs such as Gille Goujon, Franck Putelat, Jean-Marc Boyer.
