A 5 minute bus ride from the beaches and 10 minutes walk from downtown and the bay of Santander by the funicular. It is in front of the University of Santander, 20 minutes walk from the beaches of Sardinero.

It is a large apartment of 120 m2, with 3 bedrooms: 1 suite with double bed of 135 cm, terrace and bathroom, and 2 rooms with 1 single bed. We can add 1 or 2 extra single beds, if you ask us in advance. All rooms have a table and a chair to work.

You will enjoy a fully equipped and completely renovated kitchen, a spacious living-dining room and two complete bathrooms. The apartment also has a hall and 3 large terraces, two in the living room and one in the large bedroom.

Free parking is available on the street. There is a station and bicycle rental very close by. The building has two entrances with stairs. But you can access without climbing any stairs by entering through the parking lot and going up with the elevator.
