Rural comfortable 6 person villa, large swimming pool and beautiful views

The villa is located on 1.4 hectares (14,000 m2) and is modern, luxurious and comfortably furnished. Central to the house is a large high living room with two large sofas and a TV. From the living room you can enter the rear terrace through French doors, for example for an outdoor breakfast in the shade, with a distant view of the fields around the house and the village of Monflanquin. From the living room you can reach one of the three bedrooms via a staircase, which has a double bed, private shower, toilet and sink. Up the stairs on the other side you reach the mezzanine with space for a child's or baby bed (available on request) and via the Mezannine you walk to a connecting room from where you can go to the next bedroom with a large double bed, or to the bathroom with bath and shower (in the bath), toilet and double sink. The last bedroom also has a double bed of 140x200m. All rooms have their own stylish separate wardrobes and nice bedside tables. The kitchen is French-style and all conceivable equipment (smoothy maker, Cafetiere, Nespresso, microwave, toaster) is available, including a De Dietrich induction stove with oven. The 10x5 swimming pool is located in front of the house and here is a separate pool house with outdoor kitchen, lounge area with Maison du Monde cushions, outdoor shower and storage space for 3 teak and 3 aluminum sun loungers with table and parasols.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement area under the house. Drying mill is in the garden. The third building is a large shed where cars can be parked and where there is a table tennis table and outdoor games such as jeu de boule and badminton. The area is fantastic with many bastide villages a short distance away, all of which are more than worth a visit. These villages have markets on alternate days. There are many castles to visit in the nearby area. Highly recommended with children because of the guided tours. In addition to the swimming pool, cooling off can be found in the rivers the Dordogne (30 km) or the southern Lot (30 km), for example for kayaking or swimming. Another recommendation is a visit to one of the many wine estates. The house is located between farmers' fields, sunflower fields and grape vines. Larger places are Bergerac, Agen, Bordeau, Villeneuve sur Lot. You can fly to Bergerac (40 km) or take the TGV to Agen or Bordeau.
