2 Bedrooms (Air Conditioning) and 2 Bathrooms are located in the older wing of the country house with thick walls and covered terrace; one of these bedrooms has a cozy loft bed with a secure staircase. In the middle of the house is a spacious dining area with a beautiful wooden table, adjacent to the open, well-equipped kitchen with a Lacanche ceramic stove and Smeg vintage refrigerator. A few steps lead to the elegantly designed living room with access to the terrace and a view of the garden in full bloom.
From the kitchen, you proceed to the further wing of the house with 2 bedrooms (air conditioning), dressing room and 2 bathrooms. One of the two bedrooms is located on the first floor with a large private terrace and a view over the landscape to the sea.
There is a separate laundry room with a clothes drying rack, washing machine, and other useful utensils such as a vacuum cleaner.
The garden and pool area with a sun deck under the passion fruit pergola are a single oasis of blossoms, a very well-maintained wilderness of bougainvillea, carob tree, water plants in a carved stone basin, banana plants, flower beds, pergolas, and lawn. There are several shady spots - under the carob tree, at the brick-built covered barbecue area, in the outdoor kitchen - to enjoy the different hours and moods of the day. The equally fully equipped outdoor kitchen offers a gas stove, sink, table, chairs, dishes, coffee machines (capsules and powder), toaster, mixer, electric juicer, and 2 refrigerators for successful grilling and sociable get-togethers with family and friends.
