Room with private bathroom in large family apartment

Located in a central area of Porto: Bonfim/Antas.
Nearest metro station is Combatentes (850 meters – 10 minutes’ walk), supermarket just 160 meters away, restaurants and cafés also in the surroundings. Dragão Station and Shopping Center 850m; downtown 3 Km, São Joao Students Camp (20 minutes by metro).
The room is furnished with all you see in the photos: bed (1meter large), bed side table, wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair, big mirror. It also has a private bathroom (ensuite). The room is part of a big apartment with 4 more rooms (2 bedrooms + home office + living and dining room), 2 more bathrooms, a laundry and a small balcony. You will share the apartment with the landlord (Portuguese family: couple with 46 and 37 years old and a teenage boy with 16 years old). You will have access to wifi, to the kitchen with all its household appliances (including plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans) and to the laundry with washer and dryer. You can use the dining room to have your meals, but other bedrooms, home office and bathrooms are for the landlord private use.
Pillow, duvet, bed sheets and bathroom towels can also be provided if you wish. Water electricity and Wi Fi are included in the rent. Once a week the hole house (including your room and bathroom) will be cleaned by an external maid (this service is included in the rent).
Perfect for an international student looking for a safe and quiet place to stay or for a young professional allocated a few months in Porto. Rented out for one person use only. No guests. No pets. This is my daughter’s room who is currently studying abroad. I prefer longer stays (ideally 3 months)
