Comfortably sleeps 14 across 6 spacious bedrooms, with flexible bed configurations (e.g., single beds can be combined into king-size beds for added convenience). Please note that all bedrooms are accessible via stairs.

Outdoor Hot Tub: Unwind in the hot tub, located on the scenic patio. It is professionally cleaned, filled, heated, and treated for your arrival, with guaranteed use for 3 days, provided hygiene guidelines are followed. If the previous guests depart on your arrival day, the hot tub may be ready the following morning.
Please bring your own towels for hot tub use. To support our commitment to sustainability, let us know if you won’t be using the hot tub to avoid unnecessary water and energy use.

Spacious Dining Area: Gather around a purpose-built dining table in the main house, seating up to 14 for memorable meals together.

Charcoal BBQ: Enjoy al fresco dining on the patio. Kindly bring your own charcoal and clean it after use to ensure it’s ready for the next guests.

Large Garden: Explore the expansive, open garden, perfect for outdoor activities. Note that the garden is not fully enclosed.

Pet-Friendly Policy:

We warmly welcome your four-legged companions for a fee of £25 per dog. To ensure everyone’s comfort, we kindly request that dogs be kept out of bedrooms, off furniture, and on a lead when outside to protect our free-roaming chickens.
