The apartment is located inside Lura 3 complex where you can find supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants, sports fields, fruit and vegetable markets, and public and private beach areas.

The complex is private and has private guards who ensure that everything is quiet and safe.
Children can have plenty of fun on the sports fields that offer the opportunity to play football, basketball, or other ball games. The promenades also offer the possibility of cycling, scooters, skates, etc.

In the area, you can choose your preferred restaurant menu or your preferred music artist. It’s up to your choice.

Other things to note!
In the area there are all facilities such as markets (Conad), a rural market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, there ate a lot of bars and restaurants, pizzerias, private beaches but also public beach areas where you can get as much sun as you like.

Also, there are 2 sports fields. In the area is also a private gym.

There is also a promenade (vehicles are not allowed to pass) which offers the possibility of walking, cycling, etc, and is a safe zone for the kids. This promenade connects the three complexes between them and this makes the area quite attractive for your summer evenings.

In Lalzi Bay there are wide beaches with white sand surrounded by endless coniferous forests growing along the coastline. The climate here is mild, healthy, and Mediterranean. From the coast, there is a picturesque view of the mountains, tall trees, and the songs of the cicadas.
The beach is dotted with fine and soft sand. The entrance to the water is smooth. High waves rise rarely.
The infrastructure at the resort is well-developed – there are cafes, restaurants, and many shops.
