Great location just outside the old town and 2 blocks from the beach. So many cafes and restaurants close by. Parking within 50m at10 per day.The listing doesn't mention that you need to go up one flight of internal stairs from the lift into the apartment from the elevator that goes to level 5. And that there's 3 internal steps down into the bedrooms. Not great for our 80 yr old family with us!Listing photos exactly match the apartment. Note the railing in the living room/meals is where the internal stairs come up from the entry door to the apartment.Very minimal furnishings. No robes or chest of drawers. No suitcase racks.Not well setup for the 4 people bedding capacity.Only 3 drinking glasses.Only 3 wine glasses.No sharp knives or food preparation knives.No microwave oven.No egg flip or other kitchen utensils.Only 1 coffee mug.Barely enough hot water for 2 showers Kettle blows the safety circuit so can't be used.No outdoor seating on the lovely terrace with the view.So much potential here and easy to get right!
