Tucked away in lush green, you will find the Cottage which is situation on the Kogalla lake, just 1 km away from the beach, and minutes away from Ahangama where you will find lots of entertainment and great surf spots.

The Cottage is peaceful, private and quiet. Soak in the sounds of nature, watch birds pass by while the monkeys keep an healthy distance.

Don’t forget to take a dip in our almost infinity pool and dine on our peer!

The space

All rooms have AC and have their private bathroom. All basic amenities provided such as water, soap, shampoo. 2 rooms are large. The pool room is a little smaller but the point is to sit outside as much as you can!

Guest access

The entire property will be yours! No outsiders allowed. You will have various sitting areas such as the dining, the pool, the deck, the balcony or somewhere in the garden.

Other things to note

We have recently revamped the property! New online presence, newly done garden and upgraded rooms with crisp Linen and heavenly beds! The ideal get away to just get lost!

We take you to a heavenly corner of earth where you are completely cut off from the Hustle and bustle!

Things to do

Explore the Lake
We have a Luxury pontoon charter which is available exclusively to our guests! A 24 foot 10 seater pontoon can be reserved to explore the unspoilt Koggala lake! Just sitting on the pontoon rocking on the ripples of the lake it is somewhat therapeutic!


Lake Safaris
Lake safaris can be arrange which would take you around the lake on a tour making stops on some of the famous islands!
