Apartment right in the heart of Gándara Park, centrally located with all amenities nearby. This bright apartment, renovated in 2023, features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Located in the Gándara neighborhood, right in the heart of the shopping and dining district, just a stone’s throw from any point of interest in Ferrol and 10–15 minutes from the beach: a very comfortable and peaceful place to stay.



This apartment is rented as a whole and will be entirely available to our guests.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This accommodations are heated by radiators, which are operational from November through April and provide constant, even heat throughout the day. In light of the climate and social emergency, we are calling for responsible use of energy; we want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, given our city’s oceanic climate—where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6° to 15° C— we will provide heating during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature between 18° and 20° C.

Check-in will take place between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (*) We do not have a 24-hour front desk, so please provide an approximate check-in time a couple of days before arrival. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m., when the cleaning crew arrives. Keys will be left at the location indicated by the Host. Parties or events are prohibited. Unauthorized guests are not permitted on the premises. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the property. Pets are not allowed. (*) A late check-in may be requested in advance, between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, for an additional fee of 20 euros, to be paid in cash to the Host in charge of check-in. No check-ins will be accepted after 11:00 PM; after this time, the reservation will be marked as a NO-SHOW.

City bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Easy access by car to downtown Ferrol and the highway; beaches are 10 minutes away.

The apartment is located on the first floor. It consists of a kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry area. It includes a parking space. The recently renovated kitchen features a ceramic cooktop and electric oven; a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. It also comes with all the kitchenware you need to enjoy your vacation. It includes a dining table and chairs. The living room is very spacious and bright—a pleasant area to relax and unwind. It features a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. It has two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds, all with exterior ventilation and heating. In addition, the bedrooms are equipped with closets and bedding. The bathrooms feature a shower stall with a screen. They are spacious and very comfortable, ideal for this type of stay. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of relaxation and unwinding: bedding and towels, kitchenware, appliances, Wi-Fi, and heating available from November through April.

The owner will not be present, but a professional host will be available to assist guests with whatever they need—whether it’s an emergency (a breakdown, damage, etc.) or to provide tourist information and local recommendations.
