Welcome to a rural red house in a quiet area. There are plenty of swimming spots nearby and the house also includes a canoe for those who want to go paddling. The house has an older charm. The interior is warm and personal where new meets old in classic Swedish style. The garden outside is large. At the back of the house you can sit completely undisturbed and there is plenty of room for the children to run around. The entrance to the house is at the back. You enter a smaller hall. Straight ahead is the bathroom that was renovated in 2020. Fully tiled with sink/wc and shower. On the left is the heart of the house - the kitchen. There is a dining area for 4–6 people. The advantage of this house is that there are doors and passage to every room so the house feels spacious. There are also fireplaces in two of the rooms on the lower level. Very charming. There is also a new stove in the kitchen, which warms up well on chilly evenings. You buy firewood in the nearest store. Behind a door is also a washing machine. Very good to have if you are traveling with smaller children or want to stay longer. The house's one bedroom is directly to the left with a double bed (160 cm). In the living room there is plenty of seating for the whole group. There is also a stove and TV here. The house owners love to read books, which you can borrow but return after your stay. To the right is the house's second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. There is an armchair here if you want to read and retreat. Straight ahead is the old main entrance which is a glazed veranda. Super cozy here to enjoy the evening sun for a long time or lit candles after dark. The stairs up lead to the upper floor of the house. Here you have to watch out so you don't hit your head and the stairs are a bit steep. Directly to the right is the house's third bedroom with a 160 cm bed. There is also an armchair and a desk. Solid timber walls painted in a light blue shade. The house is older with a homely feel. The railing to the stairs can feel loose due to that it can be removed, when taking furniture up and down, be careful. The rest on the upper level is storage and for private use only. Here you can live comfortably if you are a larger family of 4–6 people. There is a lot to do for those who want to enjoy good food and beautiful nature experiences. The forest can be reached directly outside the plot boundary and there are several hiking trails in the municipality, including the beautiful Jälmåleden. The canoe is located in Lagmanshagasjön (4 km) with a 300 meter long fine sandy beach and smaller beaches that can only be reached by canoe. In Limmared (17 km) there is Glasets hus with a good lunch buffet and there are also many shops that sell antique furniture and furnishings. At Isaberg Mountain Resort (18 km) there is a good restaurant and a wide range of activities for the whole family both summer and winter. Warm welcome!
