The property includes 5 separate units rented together to a group only, a large common room furnished to host all guests together and the apartment where the owners live. They do not use the pool or the outdoor areas – these remain reserved for the exclusive use of guests only. Casale Tiziano lies on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and offers the perfect set-up for those wishing to explore two of the most beautiful Italian regions. Outside there is a garden, a private swimming pool and a vegetable garden with seasonal produce.
Guests can enjoy a furnished outdoor area with a table and chairs for al-fresco meals; otherwise there is also an inside area with a living room, kitchen and dining area.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

The house has insect screens on all of the windows, washing machine (11 kg) located in communal room (€ 6 per wash) and free Wi-Fi internet connection. There are 2 children’s cots available.
