The interior of this spacious apartment with an area of 96 m2 is decorated in a modern style, which combines class with functionality. It is worth noting that the apartment is fully equipped, so that each guest can enjoy the benefits of rest by the sea.

The Rogowo apartment has two levels, so you can easily accommodate a larger family or even a group of friends. After entering the apartment floor you will be welcomed by a spacious common area, which consists of kitchen, living room and dining room. Kitchen equipment will allow you to prepare your favorite meals without leaving home. In turn, a sliding table with six chairs is a great place to indulge in the pleasure of eating together. The living room part of the first floor of the apartment allows you to relax on a comfortable sofa and armchairs. Vis-à-vis the sofa we hung a Tv on the wall to provide some family entertainment in case of bad weather.

The "downstairs" also has a separate bathroom and toilet. There is also a spacious and extremely comfortable private bedroom with a double bed for the most comfortable sleep and relaxation.

Climbing up the staircase to the top level of the apartment, a nice floor opens up through you. In the corridor we have placed additional armchairs, as well as a sofa with sleeping function. On the first floor, there is also an attractive terrace, providing amazing views of the entire residential complex Baltica Heaven in Rogów.

Our one-of-a-kind apartment is located within Baltica Heaven in Rogow. The apartment is part of a detached cottage, which is surrounded by a small cozy garden. Lack of air conditioning is not the slightest obstacle, because the apartment is equipped with a terrace in the garden. It allows you to enjoy the seaside sun at any time of day, and it is really spacious, because it takes up 27 m2.

On the premises of Baltica Heaven you will find a number of amenities that will make your stay here memorable. We put at your disposal, among others, a gym, a swimming pool, as well as a playground for children. A private parking lot at the object makes that there are no problems with leaving the car overnight.

We can not forget that the complex of cottages is located in very close proximity to the seaside beaches. A private path leads directly to the shoreline of the Baltic Sea. Thanks to this path, you can be on the beach in a few minutes to enjoy the sun on the Baltic Sea.
