Bay View 503 Sea View - Old Town Albufeira

Located in a perfect location with everything on your doorstep . There is a sleeping area with double bed 1m40 wide, living/dining area with sofa ,TV (local and free view channels) Wifi is available in building main reception area only. Kitchenette area equipped with 4 hobs, microwave, kettle, fridge. The apartment is south facing and has a beautiful sea view from the sleeping area and living area with air con unit. .The apartment is approx 40m2. Iron, hairdryer in apartment. There is a balcony with small table and chairs with an excellent sea view, perfect for breakfast and evening drinks!

Lift in building. The floors are highly polished and interior doors are glass. The bathroom is modern with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. There are a total of 68 apartments in this private condominium which are mainly British owners. There is a private adult and children's pool, car space for the apartment is available on request in underground car park which is great if you want to hire a car for a few days. The location of the apartment is great as amenities all on doorstep yet quiet . Check in 16h00 Check out 10 am.

Our stay in Helen's place in Albufeira was a wonderful experience. The apartment is lovely, located a 5-minute walk from the beach, and it has a balcony where you can enjoy a nice breakfast with wonderful sea views.

Host was excellent and very helpful when needed. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. This space was more than we expected. The welcome package from our host was a great surprise and set the tone for a great trip. Outstanding sea view which made dining on the balcony special. Located perfectly. Highly recommend.

High above the beach, and at the top of the building, the ocean breeze keeps the condo cool, even when it's quite hot on the ground. Feels lovely. If air is so still and hot the a/c is essential, the a/c is tolerable.Location not far from a supermarket makes small meals cheap and easy. Many of the restaurants around are great! But nothing opens before 9am, restaurants later.Prepare for hilly walking. Even the all down the block to the supermarket is work. Beach is a long way down.Accessible to taxis if you have plans for more than beach and bars. A great choice for us over all, despite beastly heat on the ground

Very good apartment with nice view and good conditions for a good stay. Close to the heart of old town Albufeira and just 5 minutes to the beach. Very good service from the landlord. Just a very good apartment and service.

Great location

Very clean apartment with all equipment you need for self catering. Helen was very informative throughout the booking process and the whole trip was hassle free.

Perfect location

Me and my wife had a lovely stay,the aparment was modern and clean with nice views of the sea.Perfect location for the bars/restaurants.The beach is a 5 minute walk. Great holiday.

Great experience overall! Our host was very helpful and friendly! Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony and within walking distance for restaurants etc.

We have just spent 10 nights in bayview and the apartment is spotless . Helen was a great host and I can’t speak highly enough of her and her apartment. We will certainly be back.

Great Time

Appartment was comfortable an led has a lovely balcony with wonderful views in a great location. The owner was helpful and could not do enough for us. She went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Would certainly stay here again and we are hoping to do so. Thank you Helen for everything.

Best Location

Perfectly clean, great communication from Helen, more than enough space and goods for our needs, best location we've stayed in Albufeira, good bathroom with great shower. Didn't use anything kitchen related so can't comment there.

Wonderful apartment

We had the most lovely stay in Helens apartment. It was immaculate, modern and very comfortable with a gorgeous sea view from the balcony. Fantastic location with it being only a couple minutes walk from the old town square and stunning beach. Helen, thank you for all your help on the lead up to our stay and also whilst we were there. We will definitely be back !!! X

Excellent Apartment

The apartment was exactly as listed, and Helen was an excellent manager. Just be sure to bring your earplugs as the bar across the street goes very late (3AM) and can be quite noisy. If you with to join them, ignore the previous statement !😎

A beautiful property in a fabulous location and lovely sea views

The apartment was big enough for two people. It was spotless and had everything you needed for a week self catering. It was in a fab location, just a few minutes away from the beach and the old town square. Helen the owner was amazing. Ricky in the reception was also brilliant. They couldn't do enough for you. I would definitely use this apartment again. Thank you for a brilliant week.
