This charming cottage, dated from 1897, nestling among an olive yard enjoys a sunny and
peaceful location with wide views over the medieval town of Dolceacqua, valleys and mountains.
The surrounding ca. 6,000 m2 grounds are laid out in terraces and completely fenced in. The property is planted with cultivated olive trees, fruit trees and offers various areas to relax. A number of well looked after country houses are dotted around the neighborhood.

The House
Casa Verde is a cozy and tastefully decorated typical Ligurian cottage. The house offers Wi-Fi (Inside and outside area), central heating and all windows are insulated and fitted with shutters and insect protective blinds.

The holiday home consists of 2 floors ( total surface of 65m2): On the top floor is the hall with storage space, a small living room with open fireplace /flat screen TV and sofa bed, 1 bedroom (bunker beds) and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a hall, 1 bedroom with beautiful vaulted ceiling (160x200cm bed), 1 toilet and a well equipped kitchen diner. 4 pit gas, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Please note that Casa Verde is a traditional rustic country house. There is a high staircase in the house, but you can also reach the first floor via a wide staircase outside the house.

Outdoor: On our outside spacious terrace is a large covered veranda/porch of about 24m2. This offers shade and a place to relax on 2 spacious lounge beds while enjoying the stunning mountains views. Here you will also find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a cooking island, wood-burning pizza oven, refrigerator and a BBQ. There are 3 more terraces with beautiful views: breakfast terrace, shade terrace, pool terrace. Here is also our above ground swimming pool of approx. 5.50x275x132H with an outdoor shower ( operational only from mid May until end September)

Bed linen and/or towels are included.
The final cleaning costs amount to € 150 per stay and must be paid in cash on site.
During your stay we can provide local tips and point of interests. We speak english, italian, german and dutch.

Dolceacqua offers an intact infra structure with a
selection of restaurants, shopping facilities, tennis and padel courts and can be easily accessed along a
well-constructed mountain road in some 10 minutes. The coastal resorts of Bordighera and Ventimiglia
are only a few minutes away and the Côte d’Azur with Menton, Monte Carlo and the international
airport in Nice, is less than one hour’s drive away. In winter season the skiing resort Limone/Piemonte is within 1.5 hour reach.
