Luxury Shepherds Hut, outdoor area and hot tub

Our most traditional Shepherd’s Hut, Willow is cosy yet beautifully stylish. The hut comfortably accommodates a king size bed, log burner, and shower room. You’ll also have underfloor heating, a 32 inch Samsung TV, and Nespresso coffee machine. Outside, there is a private and spacious patio with outdoor seating, a hot tub and fire pit – ideal for al fresco breakfast, and relaxing in the evening with views across the horse paddocks.
Experience a luxury glamping break on a farm in the Suffolk countryside. All of our shepherd’s huts have private hot tubs, as well as everything you need for a memorable stay. Cook up a delicious BBQ on our fire pit or snuggle under a blanket watching the stars. Set within 70 acres of grazing paddocks, apple orchards and woodlands, they make for a truly relaxing get-away.

Woodthorpes is a family-owned farm in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. Independent (and out of sight) from the main home, you’ll be surrounded by open fields and peaceful grazing horses. There are many wonderful routes for walking and bike riding which makes our 70 acre farm the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

You’ll be staying on the doorstep of Arger Fen, a large nature reserve and beauty spot, which you can reach easily by foot. A short walk will take you into the village of Assington which has a gastropub, cafe and farmshop offering local produce.

Nearby is the historic and popular tourist town of Lavenham – a Harry Potter filming location. Five minutes by car are two golf courses, a spa and gin tasting distillery. There’s plenty of ways to relax or unwind, in this stunning part of Suffolk.
