Excellent communication and lovely apartment

Jeremiah communicated brilliantly with us. The apartment was perfect, filled with all the facilities you would want to see. The location is 5 minutes walk from Baker Street tube which means you are brilliantly located.

I spent lots of time ensuring that we would be staying in a certain apartment as the company had 3 or 4 in the same building. When we arrived, we were told we could not have that flat as "someone else wanted it for a longer stay." Manager said we could move when the occupants left in 3 days. We agreed but never heard from him again. VERY disappointing. Good: very clean; close to Baker St tube and many bus lines; close to groceries; comfy bed (needs new pillows); toilet paper provided; dishwasher pods provided; Poor: listing says a dryer but only a drying rack provided; listing says a/c but that meant a portable unit that manager scavenged from one of the other flats; extremely small bathroom sink- had to use kitchen sink to wash; shower leaks; no towel rack; did not provide number of hangers agreed to; street can be noisy; repairs/upkeep was very shabby- scrambled together by non professional; communication with management very poor after check in.Overall: NOT the luxury apartment as advertised. Clean, serviceable flat in good, somewhat busy, location.
