Genteel Home Catedral 201

Exclusive apartment located on Zacatín Street, in the heart of Granada, just steps away from the main attractions of the historic center, allowing you to immerse yourself in the city’s cultural and architectural richness.

The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, ensuring maximum comfort. It also offers a spacious living room with a comfortable, large sofa bed and a state-of-the-art Smart TV, perfect for unwinding and relaxing.

Next to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the utensils and appliances you may need during your stay. The apartment includes two bathrooms: one adjacent to one of the bedrooms, featuring a bathtub where you can relax, and another bathroom with a shower, both equipped with all the necessary amenities for your comfort.

Finally, the apartment has a charming patio with a table for four people and a sophisticated vertical garden, providing you with a private outdoor space to enjoy great moments.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Beautiful luxurious apartment in the centre of Granada!! We absolutely loved our stay. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, great kitchen and so much style! In an interesting street right beside all the restaurants and bars of of plaza bib-rambla. Wonderful hosts! Will stay again!

We've just returned from three weeks wandering through southern Spain, and this stay was one of the highlights of our trip. Beautiful place in the perfect location

Granada was our favorite place in Spain and this was the nicest place. It's a beautiful place in the perfect location with great style and charm. The view from the balcony down to the street was lovely. It's right next to the cathedral, shops, and restaurants and it's within walking distance to everything, including the Alhambra, Albaicon, Mirador de San Nicolas (sunset dining at El Huerto de Juan Ranas), Paseo de los Tristes, Plaza Nueva, and Plaza Bib-Rambla. The host was very responsive, but the check-in process needs fine tuning as we had to wait at the door to meet someone running behind. The coffee maker is great, the place is beautifully decorated, but there are too many chairs that are kind of in the way. The shower had good pressure, but it was very small. We loved our stay here and would return again.
