この施設について

Degli Oddi Penthouse, centrally located in a building dating from 1600, just a few steps from the cathedral

A stunning, luxurious apartment with two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, located in a 17th-century building constructed on ancient Etruscan walls.
In your penthouse in the historic center, you’ll feel immersed in the authentic medieval atmosphere of Perugia, with views of the city. It’s located halfway between the Duomo and the University for Foreigners, just 200 m away.
An ideal base for enjoying UmbriaJazz or Eurochocolate
The city can be explored on foot, but bus service (100 m) and the minimetro (550 m) are just a short distance away.
It is located in the center of Perugia, right in the heart of the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), just a short walk from Corso Vannucci and the Duomo. Situated within the same walled complex as the Etruscan arch, it is the perfect location to immerse yourself in medieval Perugia.

Chocolate and truffles

The apartment is beautiful and one might just wish to stay there to read instead of exploring Umbria. Great location because there are five wonderful places to eat just steps away. Alessandro and Ippollto were attentive hosts. Thank you for everything.

Extraordinary lodging in an upscale two-bedroom apartment owned by an upperclass family. Complete with an enormous library of books reflecting an English literature professor and his brother(?) a judge.Very classy!Of course you do have to climb six flights of stairs, but so what? I did it twice a day, and I’m eighty five!
