Perfect place for overnight stay

Three adults and three children visiting for Real Madrid game. Close to Bank of America Stadium and lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect location for us.

Weekend Trip

The property is great with a fantastic location very close to a wide variation of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The layout of the property, especially the bedrooms is a little quirky, but it worked out great for a short weekend guys trip. Laura was great and communicated everything clearly about the stay.

It wasn’t as I thought . Inside looked very worn and in need of deep clean . Interior doors are falling apart. Capet is very worn and dirty. The walls were dirty . Also the lights upstairs only have 1or 2 working the rest are burnt out . The home needs some TLC . Great location no doubt .

Great location and friendly host

Nice location in the Fourth Ward of Uptown Charlotte. Easy walking distance to many of the attractions on Tryon Street. The host did a great job prior to check in and made sure that all the necessary details were communicated.

Delightful!

Thoughtfully furnished and well located with spectacular views of the Charlotte skyline. It was perfect for our New Years celebration. Highly recommend!

Great for a small family

Laura provided a bunch of baby extras for our stay with an infant that made our lives so much easier. The place was nice, clean and cozy - not to mention walkable to the baseball stadium and most of our other destinations.

Nice, cozy placed nestled in Uptown Charlotte. Peaceful, quiet place to stay with nice views of the nearby skyscrapers. We truly enjoyed our 1 night stay and plan on returning in the near future.

great house is a great location

Perfect spot for attending events at the Spectrum Center or Panthers Stadium. Its a short 15 min walk to Spectrum. Several restaurants and bars nearby. The house is very clean, extremely well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommend!

Loved walking around the neighborhood. We were there in February and none of the fountains were running but the yards and parks were still beautiful. Would love to see it in the spring. House was the best supplied house I have ever stayed at. Comfortable beds and very clean

This is Charlotte's best location and The Guest House's furnishings and amenities mean you will wish for nothing during your stay. From luxury linens and robes/slippers to personal care products, from snacks to beverages/mixers, and everything in between, The Guest House has been described by previous guests as a "quirky gem" in Charlotte's charmingly historic Fourth Ward.

This is the only property in Uptown Charlotte that can comfortably fit up to 8 people - each having their own bed or air mattress - and everything you need for infants and toddlers if little ones are traveling with you.

A bit of trivia: The Showtime series Homeland filmed in this neighborhood for 3 years (you might recognize the brick townhomes across the street) and in fact Claire Danes filmed a scene in the great room of the main house!
