Comfortable villa in a quiet location, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, away from mass tourism. This beach house is 90 square meters and is located on a fenced 2000 square meter property with a beautiful garden.
Inside the property there is plenty of free space for guests, a lawn sunbathing area, garden furniture, deck chairs, a cozy barbecue area and an outdoor shower.
Direct access to the beach. Privacy and private beach area. Naturism is allowed but not compulsory. Two sea canoes are available to customers.

Ideally suited for guests who want to experience a relaxing beach vacation, right by the sea.
A vehicle is recommended as the nearest supermarkets, restaurants, taverns, bars and shops are around 1 km from Agios Gordios beach.

Outside Area: Large enclosed garden plot that offers a lot of privacy. Parasols, deck chairs, hammock, barbecue area with brick barbecue, outdoor shower. Sunset side.
