Hi thanks so much for enjoying your stay and to correct the location commentary, the housee "in" Sedona (southside next to Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock, the most photographed rocks of Sedona). Cottonwood is off to SW of Sedona, which is sort of opposite direction. That said, there is definately a back-road that allows you to get to Cottonwood quickly (much quicker than going through central Sedona and perhaps that's what is meant) but the home isn't "between" the two areas. Just an FYI

Thanks so much for having a great time, but was a bit confused on the review: indeed the pool/spa can be heated to whatever temperature you prefer with a convenient handheld, wireless pad on the counter. When you called to ask to heat it and I explained the controls (with the instructions there) you heated it to 81-degrees for your grandchildren and said they had a blast. Hope you all had safe travels home.

Thank you for enjoying your stay and Sedona. However, we thought the review very misrepresentative. 1) The rental agreement is immediately (within seconds, if not minutes) presented by VRBO to renters when they book the reservation or are “pre-approved” to book. This is nice automated feature of the VRBO platform (perhaps you didn’t glance at it until later). 2) Yes there is one microwave (less than a year old). Nearly all (read: all) homes that we rent through VRBO have one (1) microwave in addition to conventional ovens. 3) Yes the sliding glass door needed repairs & thank you for calling it to our attention while you were there and the locksmith/door repair firm was dispatched and arrived within 48 hours of notification. Since we have 5 homes there & we use them for all our homes (Doc Lock) they responded quicker for us than they do others. 4) The refrig is less than 3 years old and yes large groups continue to cram the plastic swinging door shelves (such as your group) with many dozens of large bottles of beer and slamming them in place which breaks the shelves off. We keep trying to keep up with replacing them (they’re $135/shelf but folks keep slamming large heavy bottles in them and treating it like a disposable hotel room frog and breaking them. But we do our best to keep up). If the cleaners forgot about a load of sheets in washer then we will speak to them. But w/ 5 homes we’ve tried many firms and like these folks but when an imperfection appears we call them.
