The apartment, located in the heart of the "Civita" or the ancient neighborhood in the city center a few steps from the Duomo, is equipped with all comforts, furnished with fine finishes and a magnificent terrace.

The building, made up of two independent apartments, has recently been completely renovated and features a splendid Art Nouveau façade. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed via stairs. Located close to a square (Largo XVII Agosto) it is possible to find parking nearby.

Guests have access to the entire apartment consisting of an open space kitchen/living room with entrance to the spacious and enchanting terrace overlooking the Catania rooftops of the historic center. The attached bathroom is totally new and has fine finishes, equipped with all accessories. Finally, the mezzanine bedroom is accessed via a staircase, divided into two rooms connected by a wall. On one side there is a standard double bed and in the adjacent space a second queen-size bed and a wardrobe. The space is suitable for hosting a family of three/four people or a couple as the two rooms are not divided by a door but by a wall. Please specify during booking if you intend to use the second bed, otherwise no sheets will be provided for the second bedroom.
