A nice and clean appartment below the appartment of the owners, with a nice garden including swimming pool. The owners give you all the privacy you need and are very friendly. The appartment was a perfect stay for our family with 2 kids. Christina is a wonderful host and very helpful if you need something.

Dear Timothy and family, Thank you so much for your fantastic review! Reading your words truly warmed our hearts. It was an absolute pleasure having you as our guests at Villa Irma. You are such a lovely, polite, and empathetic family! We were so impressed by how well your wife speaks Italian, and it was great to see your passion for cycling—we’re so glad the bike storage came in handy for your rides! And seeing the girls enjoy the garden and in the pool made the atmosphere here even more special. Thank you again for choosing Villa Irma for your family holiday. You are always welcome back anytime! Warmest regards, Cristina & family

Nice, quiet and spacious!

We had a Great time during our summer holiday in this villa in the beautifull place st. Giuliana, nearby levico. Astonishing surroundings with the mountains and a nice quiet village. House is clean & spacious (we were with 2 kids), garden is big, the family offers hospitality and are also easy going. We Will be back! Grts. fam. Verschoor, the netherlands

For a peaceful rural retreat...

We stayed here for 3 weeks or so, this region is one we visit often so the surroundings are familiar to us. The villa is a short drive away from all facilities, Levico town centre and the lake. It is situated in a quiet rural village, with very little to disturb one's holiday and we found it very restful. The host family are friendly and accommodating and we were very comfortable. The accommodation itself is clean and homely, we didn't feel we lacked anything except maybe internet access, which is perhaps more of an issue for the area rather than the house itself? This villa is a good place to use as a base for exploration of the Alto Adige region, it being within an easy drive's reach of the dolomites and the Sud Tirol, with plenty of locally produced cheeses, meats and wines to enjoy!

Prima locatie, mooie omgeving.

Heerlijke vakantie in Villa Irma!

Elena e Luca

Schöne Ferien in heller freundlicher Atmosphäre

Perfekt

"We were 4 adults and one baby and the apartment was perfect for us. The bedrooms were of ample size with plenty of storage room, there was a nice sitting area as well as kitchen/dining room and the garden was lovely. The kitchen had fairly basic equipment, but everything you need to make a simple evening meal. The owners and their family were lovely, making us feel very welcome and they were very helpful lending us walking maps and giving us lots of advice on what to do and where to go. The area was fantastic with lots of things to do whether you like culture, outdoor activities or relaxing by the lake."
