The town is twinned with Großvillars, a hamlet of Oberderdingen (Germany)

The house is equipped with pots and pans for cooking, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, etc., as well as essentials such as tea, coffee, salt, and sugar, and cleaning supplies.
There is also a clothesline.

Parking is available in the square behind City Hall, 100 m from the house, and is completely free.

The courtyard shown in the photo, in front of the house, is shared with the neighbors.

Since we have had problems with young people—including failure to follow the rules and broken items—we will ask anyone under 25 to provide a security deposit, which will of course be returned at the end of your stay if everything is in order.

The price for nights in November, December, January, February, and March is higher because it includes both conventional heating and heating via the pellet stove (pellets included).

There is a basement available for storing bikes, skis, or other items.

Villar Perosa is a small village located 40 km from Sestriere and 40 km from Turin; it is best known for being the home of the Agnelli family and for the annual Juventus soccer match.
It’s a quiet town, and the house’s excellent location—right in the town center—allows you to walk to the bus stop, which is 200 m away, and easily reach grocery stores, pizzerias, cafes, and places to visit for those who want to immerse themselves in nature.
