King size bed with private bathroom and compact kitchen with toaster, microwave and mini fridge.
We have a converted barn building with in the Ribble valley, we offer accommodation for both families and couples.

We can also accommodate families of up to 6 guest with in one room.

We have 2 suites which sleep up to 4 guests with patio doors and make up stations which are ideal for getting ready if you have a special day ahead.

We are 1.5 miles from the historical town center of Clitheroe which host our famous Cltheroe Castle.

Beautiful place, fantastic views. Lovely modern rooms

We came to stay for the food tasting evening as we are getting married here later this year. We absolutely love the venue. The staff are friendly and polite. The rooms were beautifully decorated, I love the huge mirrors, rug and cushions. The toiletries in the bathroom were lovely and smelled amazing! Only thing that I can pick on is: I would have loved some biscuits to accompany our cups of tea in the room. We would have been happy to pay extra for breakfast, however, this was not an option.
