Summary:
Sasea is a ground floor apartment 500 m from the beach. This spacious apartment for 6 people has a beautiful garden, where you can enjoy a snack or a meal. This apartment is the ideal uival base for a family trip, or a weekend getaway among friends.
The Space:
The entrance to this apartment is in the garden. Through the large sliding window you will enter the bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Here you also have access to a separate toilet. Then you can go through to the living area, here you can feel that the sea is a central theme in this apartment. Here you have access to the bathroom, with shower, toilet sink and a storage room!
The third part of the apartment is the kitchen and dining area. Also here is a large sliding window through which you have access to the large garden.
There is garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy the sun with a snack and a drink.
The apartment does not have its own parking space. You must park in the street.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house and facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.
LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.
CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation.
