All was good, worth mentioning that if you return to the property after 6 parking near will likely be an issue. It could do with binds or curtains at the back as on a sunny day the dining area gets too hot.

Tilly communicated clearly with us. The property was very clean and well presented. It was spacious and there were lovely welcoming touches such as the tea and coffee. Thankyou Tilly. Would recommend to anyone as a pleasant and cost effective way to Stat in Portsmouth.

Portsmouth gem

Tilly is an amazing host. Engaged but not intrusive. The property was perfect with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking can be tricky but not impossible. May just have to park around the corner. Details of facilities in the area were spot on and very useful. The Netflix went down just before we left which I would have reached out about if we were staying longer but was fine for the bulk of our stay. Would definitely return if staying in Portsmouth again. Thank you Tilly 😊

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, and Tilly's instructions and communication were excellent. Guidance on local points of interest, shopping facilities, and local restaurants were much appreciated.
