The cottage is perfectly positioned in Portscatho and has an abundance of amenities on the doorstep. You could abandon the car here for the duration and enjoy all that this area has to offer all within short walking distance, from beaches, the harbour, coastal walks, local pub, shops and restaurants. The beautiful village of Portscatho has something to offer to everyone. There are a plethora of fantastic coastal walks on the Roseland with dramatic promontories, secluded coves, crashing waves and golden beaches. The local shop is 2 doors up the hill and is superbly stocked with a huge range of local and fresh produce, an instore bakery, and a wide range of beer and wine.
Accommodation
Ground floor: Enter into kitchen with table, chairs and fully fitted units and appliances. Door to the living, dining room with comfortable seating, table and chairs, porch leads to front door. Staircase to first floor.
First floor: Landing with doors to: Master bedroom with 4'6" double bed and single pull out futon. en suite shower room with WC and hand basin. Family bathroom with WC and hand basin. Twin bedroom with 2'6" zip and link beds that can be made up as a 5' double.
Outside: There is a small terraced garden with outside table, chairs and BBQ and a parking space for 1 car.
