Vacation home with outdoor hot tub in an attractive location, right at the front with a direct view of the water! You will be staying at the end of a cul-de-sac in the beautiful surroundings of Kongsnæs, only about 100 m from the shore at Grønsund. The living room and kitchen of this holiday home, originally built in 1973, were renovated in 2020. Cozy living room with integrated kitchen and access to a covered terrace with barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stove with oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower cubicle. The vacation home has three small bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a TV with Chromecast and a height-adjustable double bed. It offers a partial sea view. The second room also has a double bed, and the third room has a single bed. The living room has a TV with Chromecast and a satellite connection with a selection of German channels. Fiber optic network available. The vacation home is heated by an air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove in the living room, as well as electric radiators in the bedrooms. In the garden, you will find a wood-fired hot tub where you can sit in the warm water and enjoy the sea view. Small bathing beach with a jetty. Experience the maritime atmosphere in the marina, which is open all year round. Take a trip on the Ida ferry to the island of Bogø. No rentals to youth groups, please!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
