Contemporary, fully staffed and furnished very modern flat with 24/7 Power including back-up inverter system, Alexa driven Smart Home furnished with 55” - 65” TVs in each room, 85” in the living room, Robes & Slippers in all bedrooms with Custom tailored beddings.

Fully stocked bar with wine, liquor, and a professional cocktail mixer combined with a 300-cigar humidor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all SMEG appliances and the adjoining Laundry Room comes with a combo Washer and dryer.

ABOUT THE SPACE

Welcome to our newly renovated, fully staffed, and tastefully furnished 4-bedroom flat equipped with all the appliances you’d ever need for your comfort.

On your arrival, you can expect:

- To be picked up at the Airport
- A complimentary bottle of Wine by Arra
- Some finger food to help you settle in

You’d also be welcomed to our property by 3 of our live-in staff - a Chef, Butler/Cleaner, and Chauffeur. Our staff quarter is on the same floor as the flat making it easy for them to serve you at your beckon call.

The daily price for the unit covers the services of the butler/cleaner. He or she will work with you to agree on when your unit will be cleaned daily. Sheets and towels are cleaned every 2 days unless requested.

You can enlist the services of our professionally trained Chef by paying $20 per meal per guest. We will provide you with our Menu and you’d be required to place your order a day before.

We have a Chauffeur and a very clean 7-seater SUV attached to the property. Our Chauffeur will pick up and drop you off at the airport upon your arrival and departure. All other days are billed at $30 per day for the use of the Chauffeur and the vehicle. You are responsible for paying for fuel and the only exception is that our Chauffeur and Vehicle are not allowed to travel outside of Lagos.

ROOMS

ANTEROOM
Small entry way leading to the living room. We ask that you remove your shoes and store them in the furniture provided in this area. We’d also have umbrellas stored here for your use.

The Guest Bathroom is also located in this area of the house.

LIVING ROOM
While we don’t allow house parties, our living room area is set up to allow you and your guests fully enjoy your stay.

Smart Home System. There’s an Alexa Echo system on the bar counter and in the Master Bedroom that’d take simple commands such as turning on and off lights, ACs, Water Heaters..all through out the house. Prefer to use the wall control? The feature are well displayed and easy to use.

Bar: The Bar is fully stocked with 9 wine variants, several liquor options and Humidor that holds several cigar options.

There’s also a cocktail mixer to help you create various cocktails of your choice at the push of a button.

- Espresso Machine
- Coffee Maker
- Coffee Bean Grinder
- Milk Frothier

Nuts, Tea & Coffee are on the house.

The price list for all drinks and Cigars will be provided to your upon your arrival.

WE WILL ASK FOR A DEPOSIT TO COVER INCIDENTAL COSTS for drink purchases, meals and use of the vehicle.

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY ROOM
Our guests are allowed to use our kitchen and Laundry facility should you opt not to use the services of our Chef and Butler for handling your cooking and laundry. The Kitchen Pantry will remain closed during your stay. Your food items can be stored in the refrigerator and cabinets in the kitchen.

BEDROOMS
There are 4 large bedrooms in the apartment with one converted into an executive style study.

We’ve made provisions for the following to ensure your comfort:

- Bathrobes & Slippers
- Power Converter to step down your appliances for use in Nigeria
- TVs
- Air Conditioner
- Ironing Board & Iron

BATHROOMS
You will need to turn on the Water Heater ahead of taking showers. The switches are strategically positioned around the bedrooms and doors leading to each bathroom. Our Butler will show you how to use all switches in the apartment.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed within the house but you can on any of our balconies. We’ve made our balconies very comfortable to allow you enjoy the outdoors while staying in our property.

GYM
The gym is located on the bottom floor of the apartment and you will need to collect the key to gain entrance from the security guard at the gate.

SWIMMING POOL
Please use the pool at your own discretion as we don’t have a life guard on staff. Towels will be provided to you and we’d ask that you return them back to the Butler upon your return.

STAYING FOR A WEEK OR MORE???

We know how crazy it can be to be away from home for a long period of time. To help you unwind, you can expect to enjoy the following complimentary services if you are staying longer than a week in our property:

- Couple’s or individual massage in the comfort of our study. Massage is provided by a professional masseuse.
- Mani/Pedi provided through a spa
- Access to YOLO, a lifestyle based Beach Home located at Ilashe Beach. Our arrangement with YOLO grants our guests the use of the facility only. We’d get you to and from YOLO but you are responsible for all of your purchases while there.
- Laundry drop off and pickup.
- We’d help you get into any exclusive restaurant or night club of your choice without standing in line or dealing with the hassle of making reservations.

Neighborhood Description

Our property is located in Parkview Estate. the estate is gated and requires access for entrance. We will provide you an access code for you and your guests to gain entrance into the estate.

Getting Around

We will pick and drop you off at the airport at no cost to you.

You can retain the use of our chauffeur and SUV for the duration of your visit for $30 per day excluding fuel which you’d be required to pay for.

You can also use Uber and Bolt to get around the city during your visit.
