Welcome to this stylish ground-floor apartment in the exclusive Golf Azur villa complex, where luxury meets tranquility. The space is thoughtfully designed with an open-plan kitchen and a cozy living area featuring a double sofa bed and digital TV. The spacious bedroom includes a comfortable double bed with quality bedding, and the bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a sunny day outdoors.

Step outside onto the large south-facing terrace, where you can soak up the sun all day while overlooking a peaceful pond. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, dining alfresco, or simply relaxing in the lounge chairs, the setting is serene and private. You’ll also have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool—perfect for a refreshing dip on warm days. A private garage and secure bicycle storage are included for your convenience.

Located just a short walk from the Middelkerke dike, beach days are effortless and fun. Stroll to nearby restaurants and cafés offering Belgian seafood, waffles, and more. With shops and scenic paths close by, you can enjoy the charm of coastal living while staying connected to everything you need—without the noise of the city.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other.
